Joined once again by Matt and Brooke, the acting couple shares with us some of their inspiration for their recent web series Becky & Barry, the first season of which is available on blip.tv. Both being professional actors, they talk about how the series takes the mistakes that many beginning actors make and portrays them through comedy. This way, not only is it entertaining, it’s also educational. Maybe this is what our schools are lacking…
They also discuss how it’s easy to get discouraged when you face the mounting disappointment that comes along with being a full-time actor and the importance of giving yourself another creative outlet. These guys have been doing this for a long time, so if you are an actor or are planning to pursue a career in acting, I would really listen to what they have to say.
